Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Ctg55 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Ctg55 is not responsible for bets that fail to confirm due to internet disruptions during live betting.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Odds & Results

All odds on ctg55 are set based on market conditions and may change up until an event begins. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. In the case of any disputed outcome, ctg55's decision will be deemed final.

Payment & Transaction Policy

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Deposits are usually credited instantly or within 15 minutes at most.
• No processing fee is charged on deposits.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements.
• Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn directly – a specified number of bets must be placed first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Ctg55 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or categories specified in the offer.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a welcome bonus of up to 50% on their first deposit. The minimum deposit required is ৳1,000 with a 10x wagering requirement. Bonus conditions must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ctg55 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Attempting to fix matches or manipulate the outcome of any event
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain
• Harassing or defrauding other members
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents

• In the event of suspected money laundering or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Upon receipt of a directive from legal authorities

Before an account is closed, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate funds, unless fraud has been established.

Terms Update Policy

Ctg55 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• You will be notified of any changes the next time you log in to the platform.
• If no objection is raised within 7 days of the change taking effect, you will be considered to have accepted the updated terms.
